Build your physical and mental skills with this awesome program that focuses on basketball essentials, giving every player the tools they need to succeed. This class is filled with fun drills and games to improve your game. Incorporated into the lessons is the Fitlight Trainer, to train your brain and your game! Students are divided into groups by skill and age to maximize their workout. Spots are very limited. 

Class will be located INSIDE the gymnasium. Non-resident and processing fees will apply.
